Thanks for stopping in. I'm Jamie Gustina, founder and principal of Simple Solutions Insurance Group.

I spent many years in the corporate world. In 2014, a restructure eliminated my role, and I stood at a crossroads. I knew what I liked and what I was good at. Technical, analytical, organized, never outworked. What I didn't know was what came next. But one thing was for sure. I wanted ownership of my future.

While shopping for my own family's insurance, I ended up talking in depth with an independent agent about the ins and outs of the industry, a lot more than my own rates. Everything fit. Checked the boxes that mattered. Financial, technical, contracts, and helping people.

A dozen years in, the reason hasn't changed. Lifelong relationships with great people. The little things, done right. A complex product, made simple.

There's no greater reward than a job well done. And it all comes down to helping people. Period.

Outside the office, it's Nancy, my wife of 32 years, our three boys, and a family that keeps growing. The rest is simple. Racquetball, pickleball, the gym, time outside. The markets, health, and fitness. A game on at our house. Somewhere warm, whenever we can.

I'm JJ Gustina, insurance advisor at Simple Solutions.

I started in this office in high school, doing the behind-the-scenes work. Quoting, service requests, policy changes, whatever needed doing. Five years in, that ground-up start is still my edge. I know how policies are built because I've handled every piece of one.

These days I work with clients directly. Quotes, questions, changes, policy reviews. My job is simple. Know our systems inside and out, get the details right, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Outside the office, it's golf, pickleball, basketball, and live music whenever I can find it.
