Thanks for stopping in. I'm Jamie Gustina, founder and principal of Simple Solutions Insurance Group.

I spent many years in the corporate world, but in 2014 a restructure eliminated my role in the marketing department of a medical device company. I stood at a crossroads. I knew what I liked and what I was good at. Technical, analytical, organized. What I didn't know was what came next, but one thing was for sure. I wanted ownership of my future.

Not long after, I called an independent agent to shop my own family's insurance. We ended up talking about the ins and outs of the industry a lot more than my rates. Next thing you know, I was getting licensed. Everything fit. It checked all the boxes that mattered. Financial, technical, contracts, and helping people.

A dozen years in, it's more rewarding than ever. Lifelong relationships with great people. The little things, done right. A complex product, made simple. And it all comes down to helping people. Period.

Outside the office, it's Nancy, my wife of 32 years, our three boys, and a family that keeps growing. The rest is simple. Racquetball, pickleball, the gym, time outside. The markets, health, and fitness. A game on at our house. Somewhere warm, whenever we can.

I grew up inside this agency, starting in high school with the work behind the scenes. Quoting, service requests, policy changes, reports and renewals, whatever needed to be done. Five quick years later, that's still my edge.

Oftentimes, I'm the one you'll talk to first. Coordinating the details, asking the important questions, putting the quote together.

Away from the office, it's golf, pickleball, basketball, and live music any chance I get.

I'm Myca Rehmeyer, insurance advisor at Simple Solutions.

Before entering the insurance industry, I worked in business management, where I developed valuable skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Today I'm eager and passionate about connecting with clients, working with like-minded professionals, and serving others with humility, intention, and purpose.

Born in Iowa, raised in rural Missouri, I now call Minnesota home. I'm a proud mother of three incredible little girls, including one with Down syndrome who brings endless joy to my life. Our four-year-old chocolate labradoodle, Mia, completes the family.

Outside of work, I enjoy being active at the gym or outdoors, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends. I also enjoy coffee, praise and worship music, and learning new things.
